::Since Community is often regarded as one of the many options available for Marketing efforts, I’m actually very surprised that it’s not mentioned once in this list. ::Love this call out @jenny – Perhaps Community is not included because it’s already so entrenched in Marketing Practices? Wishful thinking, we’re not there… yet 🙂
I’m excited to check out more on the CLG campus to go even deeper into the intersection of Community and Marketing. I’ve been in Support organizations for the last ~6 years and just recently rejoined the Marketing world, so I’ve got a lot to learn!
