WorkShop is now looking for an Advocacy Lead/Community Manager for our client Intel. As an Advocacy Lead/Community Manager you are the key point of contact towards the field marketing teams in EMEA and works strategically with managing and developing content and development to ensure way of working and competences in the teams across Europe. Our engagement program is a fully integrated solution for driving a community where every ambassador get direct contact with the brand. We create content, plan incentives and maintain strong relationships based on insights on what drives engagement in our completely white labelled platform. You will use the platform for the field marketing teams as a community channel and best practices to ensure quality and competences for the teams.

As our Advocacy Lead/Community Manager you plan the work of the creative team in alignment with our data and insights team to develop the trainings, on boardings and development to increase competences for the field marketing teams. You will engage with our internal team as well as with key stake holders on client side daily to make sure we deliver the best-in-class digital engagement program.

You will lead strategy and on boarding for ocal teams and for community managers to activate and strategically take actions within the local markets to increase Intel’s awareness in retail.



  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters in the program
  • Build and develop content and on boarding plans with the program team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation for the field marketing teams.
  • Analyze project needs and when necessary adapt and scope content to provide to the field marketing teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with field marketing teams around eruope and ensure day-to-day contact with these team.
  • You ensure on boarding and way of working is consistent across all markets and develop content to continue developing people. You follow up with the teams and share best practices and inspiration in the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Clearly communicate the progress and plan monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly engagement results and yearly performance)
  • Prepare reports together with the data team on performance and insights to enhance engagement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

We believe that the right person for this role has:


  • Project management experience. +2 years
  • Strong interest in computing with interest in creating content for a digital community
  • Experience from staff management and training either in retail, HR or other relevant area.
  • Strong communicating skills both verbally and written
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience from working in project management tools and proven ability to juggle multiple project at the same time
  • Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
  • IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, G Suite)
