The Opportunity

Adobe Experience Cloud’s Retention Marketing team mission is to engage customers throughout their entire journey to drive adoption and retention, ignite advocacy, and ultimately create Adobe customers for life.

What you’ll do

This Customer Marketing Manager role will be responsible for one of our most strategic global customer advocacy initiatives, the Adobe Champion programs for Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Analytics. Success can be achieved with a customer-first mentality, attention to detail, organization, and effective communication and relationship building skills.

  • [PROGRAM MANAGEMENT] Engage Adobe Champions and cross-functional teams globally to uncover new opportunities for collaborating with these best-in-class product experts for thought leadership, product adoption, content creation and ongoing feedback.
  • [CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT] Collaborate with Adobe Champions around the globe daily to drive overall engagement among members, address questions, and collect feedback on how to improve the program
  • [STRATEGY & EXECUTION] Identify new ways to innovate and elevate the program, drive value for the program participants, and create opportunities for engagement between Adobe customers and internal product teams
  • [EVENT COORDINATION] Create and implement Champion activation plan for Adobe Summit, schedule and host quarterly Champion office hour webinars, sessions with Adobe product teams, and the annual Champion Forum event, including driving and owning all aspects of agenda creation, securing speakers, event registration, communication, and day-of coordination and planning

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Customer Success, or Community building
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Consistent track record of creating and/or leading high impact customer engagement programs that drive both external and internal value (e.g., ambassador programs, customer advisory boards, user groups, etc.)
  • Customer-first approach and ability to understand customer needs to develop programs that support and align to the customer journey
  • Strong program and project management background, including the ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight parallel timelines
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
  • Ability to synthesize data, derive insights, and use those insights to drive program improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively connect with customers and influence internal counterparts to an aligned position
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to driving high quality execution

 

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

 

Colorado Starting Salary: $84,700 – $110,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

 

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
