Part of the Integrated Marketing Team and reporting directly to the AVP, International Marketing, this role is interconnected with all other functions across the business, driving upsell/cross-sell activities across International with a specific focus on the UK.

The Integrated Marketing team is a Center of Excellence, supporting the local activities through best practices execution, driving global alignment.

This person will work hand-in-hand with another Customer Marketing Manager focusing also on Customer advocacy.


Job description

  • Build and execute a plan focusing on upsell/cross-sell for all segments, including:
    • Customer data management
    • Emailing and direct-mailing activities
    • Integration within the digital campaigns
    • Management of the referral program
    • Customer events, conferences and dinners
    • Organization of Blitz days, including the creation of dashboards and tracking, reward programs and management of the call lists
    • Additional activities that would help us hit our targets
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations and analytics to drive growth and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with the local marketing leaders and their campaign managers (UK / France / Australia / Germany) to identify opportunities to collaborate and drive bigger activities
  • Collaborate tightly with the AAE team (sales in charge of upsell) to drive activities
  • Discuss budget and plans with local marketing leaders
  • Work closely with the local sales leaders to align with their specific focus
  • Connect to US counterparts to get best practices and programs across



  • Experience running B2B SaaS marketing activities, preferably in either the UCaaS or CCaaS space
  • Typically 2 years of experience in a similar role, working on Customer Journey and Customer Marketing
  • Bilingual in French or German would be a plus
  • Data-driven and results oriented, comfortable discussing numbers and aim
  • Vocal and able to drive a project end-to-end
  • With a strong team focus, able to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively
  • Europe based
