Customer reviews are one of the great mysteries (and frustrations) of the customer marketing world. How do we solicit, secure, promote, leverage, and get enough of them to satisfy our executive leaders? If only we could unlock the secret, or at least figure out how to simplify the overall review strategy so we make it easier on our customers, and ourselves. Join us during this session as we explore "Demystifying Customer Reviews;" let's unearth this holy grail together (Monty Python references are optional, but encouraged).
