Improv is so much more than a bunch of goofy people creating theatrical scenes on the fly and (hopefully) eliciting laughter somewhere in the process. It’s an art form that uses a foundation of skills that can be applied in just about any situation–active listening, brainstorming, teamwork, and empathy–especially important for people in customer-facing roles. In this interactive workshop (yes, you will be on camera, and you will be expected to participate), we’ll play a series of improv warm-up games that incorporate and build upon these skills, as well as relate them back to how they can be applied in meetings, program management, and other aspects of customer-led growth organizations. This workshop will not be recorded, and you definitely don’t need to be naturally funny to play, though you will probably find yourself laughing anyway as you learn.
