Barbara Thomas, known as BT, joins us to discuss her Triad Engagement Ecosystem, which states that companies should take a holistic approach towards advocacy, linking together their customer, partner and employee advocacy programs.
BT is a CLG Campus Faculty Advisor and Guidance Counselor. She is also currently the Senior Customer Advocacy manager at Imprivata. An award-winning subject matter expert on advocate marketing, she literally wrote the book on it (“Advocate Marketing – Strategies for Building Buzz, Leveraging Customer Satisfaction, and Creating Relationships”), published in 2016 by Pearson Publishing in 2016.
