    In the year 2020, we saw a rapid digital shift. Many brands pivoted towards online communities to stay connected with their customers and build meaningful relationships. And with this, the lens of online communities kept evolving.

    Communities became an avenue for brands to create intelligent business processes and systems, and provide a safe space for customers to interact. With Web 3.0 coming into the picture, the scope of communities expanded even further, giving birth to the concept of Communities 3.0 future-ready, advanced online communities.
