Do I set up a space for CABs in the Community
Weāre starting a CAB this fall (initially with 12 members, planning for an annual commitment with quarterly meetings). Weād like to facilitate asynchronous collaboration and communication among CAB members and leaders on our team in between these quarterly meetings, and feel like a private group in our Community might work well for this. Does anyone else use their community forum in a similar way for CAB engagement? Since this would be a smaller, curated group, curious to hear any examples or tips for keeping CAB members engaged in between meetings. We plan to poll members to get their direct input, but some initial ideas weāre mulling:
Weekly or bi-weekly discussion prompts related to either product research topics, early stage development of larger new features, and/or industry trends
Monthly product roadmap updates with asks for input on specific topics
Rotating AMAs with different members of our exec. team
